Meet our founder, Katy Henderson
Working with clients, I remain hands-on, developing teams and improving efficiency through processes and behaviours, removing blockers, and engaging people through communications and the Lean skills I’ve developed over two decades in the Construction industry. I offer a unique combination of skills and experience to client teams, avoiding and overcoming common obstacles whilst delivering solutions at the root cause, supported by knowledge transfer to mitigate the risk of delay by such barriers again. As an independent party, I offer an impartial view, asking the right questions to develop and focus teams on what will move the needle and deliver excellence on any project.
My approach is to embed myself in businesses to identify growth opportunities, and deliver innovation and transformation programmes to leave businesses with high-performing teams. I aim to give teams and businesses the tools they need to run highly effective and successful projects independently, acting as a partner and trusted advisor to every client.
